Client Service & Product Support Specialist at ADP
In this role you will provide consistent, high‑quality tax service to ADP clients, including tax deposits and filing, and act as the front‑line advisor for issue resolution, answering questions, and providing solutions via phone, email, or chat.
What you’ll do:- Be the Tax Expert: assist clients with tax deposits, filing, and inquiries from state and federal agencies.
- Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver: use a breadth of expertise to resolve client issues and provide solutions.
- Build Relationships: communicate via phone, email, and chat, exceeding client expectations and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Leverage ADP product & services knowledge to provide solutions, and turn client input into recommendations for ADP leadership.
- Demonstrate Client Focus: troubleshoot and resolve payroll and tax issues in a timely and professional manner.
- At least two years of client service and/or call center experience OR a minimum of four years of Insurance/Financial Institution experience.
- Clear and concise communication style over the phone and in writing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent analytical and time‑management skills.
- At least three years of Payroll Tax experience.
