Opportunity
Serve as the lead and key functional project member providing oversight for the AR team supporting project set-up. Optimize cash flow by providing guidance and setting the priorities to organize people and resources toward an effective and efficient pursuit of predetermined results while ensuring compliance against Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) key controls and regulatory requirements surrounding the project set‑up. Collaborate with client teams, contracts, and internal financial staff to identify and work through complex challenges and provide creative solutions.
Lead the AR team, work through others to optimize results against predetermined targets, shift priorities to meet department and company monthly and quarterly targets, and lead change management activities in the department, creating, socializing, and implementing new and innovative processes and strategies.

Qualifications- 8+ years of experience with managing commercial and government projects, including project set‑up, invoicing, cash collection, and program support
- 5+ years of experience with leading and managing government contracts and change management directly
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including V‑lookups and pivot tables to analyze large amounts of data
- Knowledge of compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley, including supporting key controls and processes, leading remediation activities, and internal controls testing
- Knowledge of the full contract life cycle and its financial impact across other organizations
- Ability to lead and manage high‑performance teams that can work independently and in a cross‑functional environment
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience with Costpoint
- Experience with WAWF and Power BI
- Possession of excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
