Primary
Purpose:
The Residential Real Estate Account Administrator is responsible for assisting throughout the originating processing and closing of lot and bridge loans.
- Able to work in a highly paced and dynamic environment
- Able to answer calls, emails, and inquiries in a swift and timely manner.
- Able to speak with employees, Bankers, Mortgage Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Title companies, and other lead sources.
- Able to maintain exceptional customer service quality.
- Able to calculate Loan to Value.
- Knowledge of Real Estate transactions.
- Able to problem-solve and find resolutions to complex situations.
- Able to read income documents, W2s, Tax Returns, pay stubs, assets, reserves, 401K statements, etc.
- Knowledge of the closing and settlement process.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and guidelines effectively
- Able to demonstrate flexibility as demands and priorities change.
Minimum Required Skills &
Competencies:
- Two (2) years’ Mortgage loan experience
- Knowledge of mortgage loan disclosure requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals of all levels within the organization
- Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with internal and external customers and service providers
- Will need a NMLS#
Desired Skills &
Competencies:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Physical Requirements:
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
- Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
- Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
