Financial Consultant Senior
Location:
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.
The Financial Consultant Senior is responsible for providing financial analysis and preparing analysis of results for lines of business.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Works with management to provide decision support analysis.
- Conducts and documents complex financial and business related analyses and research fields including financial and expense performance.
- Focuses on business improvement initiatives and leads and directs projects.
- Provides guidance to less experienced financial consultants.
- Provides insightful and action-oriented financial analysis to Finance/Business partners. Provide relevant reporting and actively participate in business decisions, including financial and risk trade-offs and implications.
- Clearly and concisely articulate the story (focusing on the why and not just the what) – develop analytics, draw conclusions, and communicate risk early.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in accounting or finance and a minimum of 5 years budgeting, forecasting and accounting financial reporting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- MBA, CPA, CMA, FSA, and/or CFA preferred.
