This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Financial Consultant Senior is responsible for providing financial analysis and preparing analysis of results for lines of business.

• Works with management to provide decision support analysis.
• Conducts and documents complex financial and business related analyses and research fields including financial and expense performance.
• Focuses on business improvement initiatives and leads and directs projects.
• Provides guidance to less experienced financial consultants.
• Provides insightful and action-oriented financial analysis to Finance/Business partners. Provide relevant reporting and actively participate in business decisions, including financial and risk trade-offs and implications.
• Clearly and concisely articulate the story (focusing on the why and not just the what) – develop analytics, draw conclusions, and communicate risk early.

Requires a BA/BS in accounting or finance and a minimum of 5 years budgeting, forecasting and accounting financial reporting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• MBA, CPA, CMA, FSA, and/or CFA preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually the salary range for this specific position is $85,280 to $127,920.
