Position: SUPERVISORY INTEGRATED PREVENTION COORDINATOR with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTEGRATED PREVENTION COORDINATOR in the OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (N0l), COMMANDER, NAVAL FORCE RESERVE (CNAFR), Echelon Ill ACTIVITY.
* You will set performance standards and evaluate performance for any subordinate CNAFR Integrated Primary Prevention Workforce (IPPW) personnel.
* You will organize, set, and monitor workflow of the Integrated Prevention Program.
* You will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the Integrated Prevention Program and serve as advisor and technical prevention expert to CNAFR and subordinate commands.
* You will oversee the development, planning/execution of core functions of an optimized prevention system such as engagement, implementation, evaluation/integration and use knowledge of planning, programming, and budgeting to address program goals. Requirements Conditions of employment

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
* Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR .
* This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
* You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain a current IT II certification. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Experience applying a wide range of concepts, principles, practices, and procedures related to behavioral health, as well as social, familial, and occupational functioning.
* Experience utilizing social science principles, concepts and techniques as related to integrated prevention programs in order to evaluate, consult, and advise in a variety of settings.
* Experience mitigating destructive or problematic behaviors, specifically in the areas of suicide prevention, sexual harassment/assault, substance misuse, and family or workplace violence.
* Experience promoting a healthy and resilient climate toward the prevention of destructive/problematic behaviors to include suicide, sexual harassment/assault, substance misuse, and family/interpersonal/workplace violence.
* Experience analyzing prevention programs and practices and/or utilizing experience that demonstrates the incumbent's ability to appropriately identify, implement, and evaluate prevention methodologies.
