Contingent Workforce Support Role
Primary Responsibilities
- Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, requirements, risks, and execution status.
- Analyze requirements, program status, budget information, schedules, and related performance data.
- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses to support program decisions.
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapon, mission-system, acquisition, or product support programs.
- Track program and project status, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action items.
- Prepare briefs, reports, meeting materials, data-call responses, point papers, and correspondence.
- Support program reviews, working groups, coordination meetings, and leadership updates.
- Apply government-established processes for documentation, change-control management, and data management.
- Coordinate with program management, acquisition, financial, logistics, engineering, and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain tracking products and provide clear, timely analysis to support government decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus two additional years of relevant experience or MS Degree and Active Secret security clearance.
- Over 10 years of experience performing duties similar to the functional description.
- 5 years of experience supporting Naval aviation or comparable DoW acquisition programs.
- Ability to work effectively with government, military, and contractor stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional briefs, reports, and correspondence.
Education Substitution
- Associate's degree plus four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a master's degree.
- Six additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting aircraft, weapons, mission systems, acquisition, sustainment, or product support programs.
- Experience preparing program review materials and tracking action items, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
- Strong analytical writing, data organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Work Environment
- This position supports a Department of War aviation acquisition program and may require on-site support at a government or contractor facility.
- The role requires frequent coordination with government customers, contractor teammates, and cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Work products may include program documentation, briefings, reports, schedules, financial inputs, action item trackers, and meeting support materials.
