About The Position
This position is located at the Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District. The incumbent serves as Contract Specialist responsible for the full range of contract functions encompassing issuing solicitations, evaluating proposals, contract negotiations, execution and administration for complex Architect Engineering (A-E) Services or environmental services or construction and special assigned programs.
