We are seeking experienced professionals to support NATO HQ SACT Partnerships Branch across military partnerships, defence cooperation, capability development, strategic policy, and defence planning.
Key Focus Areas- Partnership Strategy, Policy & Strategic Analysis
- Defence Planning & Partnership Framework Implementation
- Support NATO-Partner cooperation and engagement
- Develop briefings, reports, policy papers and senior-leader materials
- Support capability development, interoperability, innovation and modernization
- Contribute to ITPP, PARP, Defence Capacity Building and defence planning activities
- Conduct geopolitical, regional and strategic analysis
- Coordinate with NATO HQ, ACT, ACO/SHAPE, Partner Nations and International Organizations
- Support exercises, training, experimentation and Key Leader Engagements
- Master's degree in International Relations, International Security, Military Studies, Political Science, Defence/Security or related field OR NATO/national military staff college experience (OF-3+)
- Experience in defence, military affairs, international security or international cooperation
- NATO / International Organization / defence ministry / embassy experience preferred
- Experience supporting senior leaders and decision-makers
