Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking an Exercise Coordination Analyst to help integrate warfare-development priorities, multi-domain operations objectives, and future capability needs into NATO exercises. The analyst will support exercise planning and coordination, develop campaign plans and other planning products, and work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to test concepts and emerging capabilities during exercises. The role includes documenting exercise outcomes, drafting after-action reports and recommendations, coordinating with NATO and partner organizations, maintaining schedules and records, and providing progress updates to branch leadership.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's or master's degree in International Relations, Defence or Strategic Studies, Political Science, Emergency Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in military exercise planning, collective training, or defense transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with NATO exercise-planning processes and guidance, such as the NATO Warfighting Capstone Concept, Warfare Development Agenda, Bi-SC Collective Training Exercises Directive, and SACEUR's Guidance on Education, Training, Exercises, and Evaluation.
- Experience preparing professional planning documents, reports, or campaign plans for military or defense stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate exercise-related activities, track actions and deadlines, and manage multiple stakeholders and work products.
- Experience coordinating with multinational or interagency partners.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills, including maintaining schedules, records, and progress reports.
- Clear written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaborative software, and online research tools.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- An active NATO or national Secret clearance or higher.
- Must have a valid passport from a NATO member nation without travel restrictions to NATO nations.
- Ability to work on-site in Norfolk, Virginia, and travel to meetings and conferences for up to 30 days per year.
