Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider; CSOTP Therapist- Group Facilitator; Newport News

Good Life Counseling, LLC (GLC) is a growing forensic mental health practice in Virginia specializing in sex offender-specific treatment, risk assessments, and court-involved populations. We partner closely with probation, parole, courts, and state agencies and currently facilitate treatment groups and psychosexual assessments across the state.

We are seeking a credentialed CSOTP clinician to join our team to facilitate group treatment in the Hampton Roads area. We have current availability in Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Chesapeake.

We are hiring a part-time or full-time therapist to facilitate adult sex offender treatment groups. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys structured group work, forensic populations, and collaborative multidisciplinary environments.

• Facilitate weekly 90-minute adult sex offender-specific treatment groups
• Complete monthly progress reports for each client
• Collaborate with Probation & Parole Officers and stakeholders
• Participate in case staffing and treatment planning, as needed
• Maintain CSOTP and licensure requirements

• Active CSOTP credential (required)
• Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.)
• Experience with group therapy (forensic or correctional preferred)
• Experience working with justice-involved populations
• Strong documentation and communication skills
