Kempsville Center for Behavioral Health invites applications for the position of Receptionist - PRN . Located in Norfolk Virginia, Kempsville Center for Behavioral Health is a leading community partner providing acute , residential , and Partial Hospitalization treatment for children and teens exhibiting behavioral and/or mental health concerns. The hospital is dedicated to providing high quality care to children, adolescents and their families.
We provide quality care to children and adolescents in need, using quality, evidence based practice treatments. Founded in 1986, Kempsville Center for Behavioral Health is an 82-bed hospital facility accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC), and licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia and The Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Receptionist provides professional communication support by operating the hospital telephone system for incoming calls, greeting, receiving and screening visitors, and performing other clerical duties as assigned. This highly visible position is the first member that guests and visitors interact within upon arrival at the hospital, and therefore must maintain a high level of communication and professionalism.
