Join Home Support Matters as a Reablement Support Worker across East Norfolk and Waveney, Suffolk
. As a Community Support Worker in our Reablement team, you’ll work with individuals who need short‑term support following discharge from hospital, illness, injury, or a change in circumstances. Your role is to help people rebuild confidence and learn or re‑learn daily living skills so they can remain safely and independently in their own homes.
Shift patterns of 7 on / 7 days off, and 7am‑2pm or 2pm‑10pm available.
Hourly rate:
Weekdays £13.10, Weekends £14.06 (ROP uplift scheduled April ’26)
You will need previous care experience and a desire to help people improve their quality of life.
