Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking an Senior Echocardiographer to join the Non-invasive Lab Team!

Position OverviewUnit has 5 rooms for Echos. Echocardiographer will perform Echo and Stress Echo tests, Transesophageal (TEE) Echocardiogram, and Doppler ultrasound. Echocardiographer will work in Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab, EP and Cath Lab, OR, ICU and willalso work with patients at the bedside.
Required Education- Bachelor's Level Degree, Associate's Level Degree - CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGY OR High School Diploma.
- Echo Tech experience in lieu of education:
Yes
- Basic Life Support Required
- Adult echocardiography registry (ARDMS, RDCS or RCS) required within 12 months of hire.
- At least 3 years of echocardiographer experience
