Key Responsibilities Provide supervision and support for Admissions Coordinators and SLRs, serving as the primary point of escalation for admissions-related issues Monitor workflows to ensure compliance with policies and documentation requirements, while identifying gaps and providing corrective guidance Track team performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement, while supporting onboarding and training of new team members
Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in admissions and healthcare coordination, preferably in behavioral health operations Preferred experience with substance abuse treatment in various settings (detox, residential, PHP, IOP) Strong competence with multiple computer systems, including CRM (Salesforce) and medical health records Ability to type 50+ WPM while maintaining a conversation and proficient in English, both written and verbal
