Key Responsibilities Conducts concurrent and subsequent reviews of clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for coding purposes Communicates with medical staff to clarify documentation and follows up on queries to obtain necessary information Educates physicians on documentation best practices and analyzes CDI program performance through report interpretation
Required Qualifications Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing;
Bachelor's Degree preferred Current RN License preferred Basic MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with EPIC, 3M 360, and 3M eMD preferred Strong critical thinking skills and up-to-date clinical knowledge
