Key Responsibilities Resolve registration, coverage, and eligibility issues related to billing through various Epic work queues Perform detailed reviews of disputed self-pay account balances and collaborate with departments to address billing issues Assist in training and mentoring staff on registration policies and Epic system functionality
Required Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience Billing Certification preferred (Epic Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing Admin) 3 years of experience in registration billing and denial management or related fields Experience in training and staff development preferred Strong knowledge of third-party payor reimbursement and compliance rules
