Key Responsibilities Accurately submit claims, respond to denials, and manage re-bills of insurance claims Conduct insurance follow-up and collections, resolving discrepancies through various methods Research and resolve issues related to payment posting, insurance denials, and account reconciliations
Required Qualifications , Training, and Education High School Degree Two (2) years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
Experience with payment posting and account reconciliation processes
