Are you looking for a meaningful part-time job where you can make a difference while having fun? Hope House Foundation is hiring two Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to an individual in their home and community.
Available Positions Position #1
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Position #2
Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday5:00 PM – 9:00 PMWhat You'll Do Provide individualized, one-on-one support in the person's home and out and about Assist with daily living skills, personal goals, and fun Build meaningful relationships while helping someone live an independent and fulfilling life Enjoy recreational activities, outings, hobbies, and events based on the individual's interests Receive paid training and professional development opportunities
Pay & Benefits $17.36 – $23.36 per hour Benefits include:$500 Sign-On Bonus Paid Training and Certifications Employee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k)

Paid Training:
CPR/First Aid Medication Aide TrainingDBHDS DSP Orientation Mandt Certification Requirements:
Lift up to 50lbs.
Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation
Satisfactory Criminal Background Check PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAbility to assist individuals with completing activities of daily living.
Experience through education or work history that demonstrates reliability/dependability.
Skill to complete satisfactorily:
Medication Certification, Medicaid Waiver Certification, First Aid/CPR, Mandt, and other requirements associated with orientation.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
Skill in locating and accessing community resources.
