We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. Whether you're an experienced RBT or newly certified, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team committed to quality care, professional development, and helping you grow in the field of ABA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
- Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members tosupport client progress
- Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour
Required Availability: (Monday
- Friday), 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Requirements- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations when applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently while maintaining appropriate communication with supervising clinicians
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks andpre-employment requirements
