Lead, train, schedule, and develop Front Office staff

What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required; college preferred1–2 years of customer service or management experience (hotel experience a plus)
Strong computer skills;
Microsoft Office & hotel systems preferred

Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and writing skills

Yield management experience preferred

Qualifications Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Physically able to lift 25 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and remain on feet up to 8 hours

Comfortable working throughout all hotel areas in varying conditions

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of the local area Customer-focused with the ability to suggestively sell
