We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Hotel General Managers to lead properties across the Hampton Roads region, who align with our core values of Teamwork, Ownership, and Passionate Service

Position Summary:

The Hotel General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the property—driving revenue, delivering outstanding guest service, ensuring brand compliance, and leading strong teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with daily operations, while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to all hotel departments to achieve financial, guest satisfaction, and operational goals.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of department leaders and staff.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
• Develop and execute business plans, budgets, and revenue strategies.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement initiatives to continuously improve service.
• Build strong relationships with guests, associates, ownership, and brand representatives.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel management experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a branded full-service or select-service property.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with IHG, Hilton, Hyatt, or Marriott systems strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel within the Hampton Roads/Richmond market as needed for annual conferences and training.
