WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Banquet Bartender, you'll be the life of the party while delivering outstanding service at weddings, conferences, celebrations, and special events.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix drinks quickly, accurately, and according to recipe standards
- Verify guest identification and comply with all liquor laws
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Recommend beverages and upsell food and drink offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
- Complete consumption reports and cash handling procedures
- Support hotel standards, safety procedures, and event operations
- Exciting banquet and special event atmosphere

QualificationsWhat we're looking for
The Ideal Candidate Is:
- Friendly and outgoing
- Dependable and professional
- Passionate about hospitality
- Knowledgeable about beverage service
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Focused on creating exceptional guest experiences
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years Old
- 2+ Years of Bartending or Barback Experience Preferred
- Previous Food & Beverage Experience Preferred
- Cash Handling Experience Preferred
- POS System Experience Preferred
- Alcohol Awareness Certification Preferred
- Knowledge of Beer, Wine, Spirits, and Cocktail Preparation
- Strong Communication and Guest Service Skills
