• Work closely with business stakeholders and product owners on requirement gathering and assessment.
• Work with QA & Business Analysts on Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
• Work using Agile Delivery Methodology to deliver in Quick Delivery Cycles.
• Develop Qlik Sense Analytics Dashboards, SSRS Reports, Paginated Reports, Cognos reports.
• Build Qlik Sense Data Files (Qlik View Data), Incremental Loads, and dashboard creation from various data sources.
• Design visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using BI tools like Qlik Sense and Tableau.
• Build Qlik View Data from different sources and create star Data Model using Qlik Sense.
• Connect to data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence using Qlik Sense and Power BI.
• Create and maintain design specifications and support documentation.
• Participate in Design Reviews and Post-Production Support activities.
• Troubleshoot systems production / performance issues.
• Telecommuting permitted 20% of the time: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the CMA CGM (AMERICA) LLC office in Norfolk, VA.

• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field and six (6) years of experience in IT working with Business Intelligence and Data.
• Must have five (5) years of experience with SQL, including complex queries on relational databases, stored procedures, and automation.
• Must have four (4) years of experience with designing and developing reports and dashboards in Qlik Sense, Power BI, Cognos, SSRS, or SAP Business Objects; and designing Data Visualization for Business Needs.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with Data Warehousing and BI Data Modeling.
• Must have two (2) years of experience with Git Hub, JIRA, and CI/CD tools; and working in an Agile Scrum environment and the Agile methodologies.
