Employment Length: 6 months (conversion based on performance)

Pay: $105,000 - $115,000 /yr

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Agile Coach/Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take a product and web enable it, with 2 to 2.5 years of experience in a similar role. This position requires excellent client-facing skills and the ability to work both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to web enable products.

* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

* Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.

* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any issues.

* Support the team in identifying and removing impediments to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

* 2 to 2.5 years of experience in Agile coaching and project coordination.

* Proven ability to take a product and web enable it.

* Strong client-facing and communication skills.

* Experience working in a hybrid work environment.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Skills:

* Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach).

* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

* Familiarity with web development technologies and processes.
