Lessons Learned AnalystThe Opportunity: As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don't. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients' most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe.
As a Lessons Learned Analyst, you will track the implementation of internal and external findings. You'll gather and process lessons learned, including JLLIS, program data for analysis, monitor progress against established metrics, and identify deviations or issues. You'll create dashboards, charts, and status reports to inform leadership, perform initial analysis, identify trends, and provide data‑driven summaries turning raw data into usable information.

Qualifications- 5+ years of experience with Lessons Learned databases such as JLLIS
- Experience developing dashboards
- Experience constructing research and analysis
- Experience shaping and coordinating Navy doctrine, concepts of operations, or concepts of employment
- Ability to produce senior executive‑level written products, dashboards, and technical analysis
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with the military, preferably United States Navy
- Experience serving on a numbered fleet or major staff
- Experience in an expeditionary environment whose mission is to man, train, equip, organize combat forces
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast‑paced environment with aggressive project timelines
- Master's degree

Projected compensation range: $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by factors including location, education, skills, and contract‑specific requirements. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
