Senior Cybersecurity Support Lead W​/Secret Clearance

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Tek Synap is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Support Lead to lead cybersecurity operational support including incident response, vulnerability management, and afloat/ashore support.

• Eight (8)–Ten (10) years experience in cybersecurity operations.
• Experience with:
  Host Based Security System (HBSS);
  Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS);
  Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM); and Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
• Navy cyber familiarity.
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in‑depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

• 8570 certification: IAM Level III.

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree. (Preferred in Cybersecurity, IT, or related).

• Secret clearance.

• Manage cyber incident response, patching, and scanning support.
• Oversee Remedy ticket analysis and Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) updates.
• Train and assist afloat system administrators.
• Provide technical SME support on cybersecurity policies.
