Senior Assessment & Authorization; A&A Support Lead W​/Secret Clearance

Overview

Senior Assessment & Authorization (A&A) Support Lead to lead Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities in support of MSC’s Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance.

• Develop RMF artifacts and Authority To Operate (ATO) packages in eMASS.
• Perform site, system, and platform IT validation testing.
• Conduct Mission-Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRAs).
• Coordinate with Navy Security Control Assessor and Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) requirements.

• Experience
• Eight (8) – Ten (10) years of experience in A&A and RMF support.
• eMASS proficiency.
• Strong RMF expertise.

• Certifications
• Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) II certification
• 8570 certification: IAM Level III
• Program Management Professional Certification

• Education
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree (preferred in IT, Engineering, or related).

• Clearance
• Secret clearance

• Location:
  
  Norfolk, VA (MSC HQ); primarily contractor site; frequent meetings in Norfolk, VA; travel to CONUS/OCONUS ship visits as required.
