Production Coordinator – Naval Capability
As a Production Coordinator on our team, you’ll bring process management and technical editing skills to help your client’s naval organization grow while identifying areas for improvement. You will communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Support a team focused on naval capability development by providing quality, consistency, and accuracy of analytical reports and processes aligned with naval executive reporting standards.
- Act as an analytical problem solver with attention to detail to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Gain experience in process improvement, technical editing, and project management.
- 3+ years of experience with technical editing.
- Experience working with the front office of a military staff.
- Experience writing, editing, and managing approval processes for technical documentation for DoD applications, missions or initiatives such as after‑action reports.
- Experience with business process analysis and process‑improvement methodologies, including creating process maps using software such as Visio.
- Knowledge of DoD or Navy writing standards and military terminology.
- Ability to edit content from multiple contributors to ensure consistent voice, compelling messaging, and lack of spelling, formatting, and grammatical errors.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and balance numerous priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with stakeholder analysis, formulating improvements, implementing changes, and developing training materials.
- Experience using AI tools to assist with writing and editing technical documentation.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Master’s degree.
- Lean, Six Sigma, BPR, BPM, Kaizen, or RIE certification.

Projected compensation range: $55,200.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by factors such as location, education, skills, and experience.
