Leidos is seeking a Mid-Level Desktop Support Technician in Norfolk, VA to support a government site, providing direct desk-side support and troubleshooting for IT devices.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 4+ years of experience, with a valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. Responsibilities include managing customer tickets, troubleshooting computer issues, and assisting team members with complex problems.
This role requires U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret Clearance.
