Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced VTC & Mobile Device Support Specialist to support communication systems and mobile device operations for the SURFLANT (Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic) contract. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable video teleconferencing capabilities, supporting end-user devices, and ensuring seamless connectivity in a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support video teleconferencing systems to ensure operational readiness
- Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices for end users
- Provide user account and access support within enterprise systems
- Support productivity tools and day-to-day system usage
- Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and software issues
- Support meeting setup, scheduling, and live session troubleshooting
- Assist with system upgrades and modernization efforts
- Ensure compliance with security policies and system requirements
- Provide responsive end-user support and technical guidance
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting communication systems and mobile devices
- Experience working in secure or government environments
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Preference will be to candidates with an active clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting U.S. Navy or similar operations
- Familiarity with enterprise device management tools
- Strong documentation and communication skills
