Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to work onsite in Norfolk, VA. The helpdesk analyst provides first‑line IT support in person and over the phone. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing access, and tracking tickets via management systems.

Contract position based out of Norfolk, VA. This is a fully onsite position.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
