TMIP-Maritime Software Tester

TMIP-Maritime Software Tester – Full‑time, Regular position within CACI's Healthcare Delivery Systems portfolio. Minimum clearance required to start:
Secret.

• Execute end‑to‑end functional software testing.
• Assist in managing activities in the system/software test plan to meet all test objectives.
• Communicate defects to developers and other stakeholders.
• Present analytical findings to customers, team members, and management.
• Perform tests of functional, integration, regression, security, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with legacy and/or external systems.
• Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test summary documentation.
• Support software and system design and specifications, implementation, integration, and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues through process enhancement and technical planning.
• Identify risks and respond proactively to support software engineering issues that could impact cost, schedule, and performance.
• Provide insight into reorganization and streamlining of technical processes and documentation associated with verification and validation.
• Conduct testing and ensure requirements traceability matrix for released updates and patches.
• Promote collaboration among internal and external teams to maximize productivity.
• Review the testing cycle of updates and patches for support and maintenance of the TMIP application suite.

• Current Secret clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI/PII compliance.
• AWS Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification within six months of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–4 years of functional experience with medical application workflows.
• Strong planning and execution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proposed salary range: $63,300 – $129,700. Benefits include healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education, and time‑off options.
