* What You Will Do:
*** Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across data, analytics, and system implementation work streams.
* Coordinate between client stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
* Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements aligned to client objectives.
* Monitor day-to-day project activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies or project status meetings, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple work streams.
* Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and technical requirements for delivery teams.
* Drive stakeholder engagement, providing clear status updates, executive briefings, and performance reports.
* Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support change management efforts, including user adoption, training coordination, and transition planning.

* What You Will Need:
*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
* Bachelor's degree
* FIVE (5) or more years of experience managing technical projects in a consulting, government, or enterprise environment
* Experience leading cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and business analysts
* Experience tracking budgets, managing resources, and forecasting project delivery timelines
* Ability to work onsite in a client environment as required
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or other relevant certification (preferred)
* Experience supporting Navy clients or familiarity with Navy operations, systems, or organizational structures (preferred)
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
* Proven ability to manage complex projects involving data platforms, system integrations, or analytics solutions
* Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking, backlog management, and workflow coordination Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong client-facing experience with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
