Elevance Health is seeking a Compensation Operations Specialist to lead complex analytical support for enterprise-wide compensation programs. The role partners with the COE to enhance and manage compensation delivery, while overseeing inquiries and transactions with a focus on continuous improvement.
In this hybrid role, you will drive merit/bonus cycles, support the QIP, and contribute to data-driven enhancements. Strong Workday/HRIS experience and healthcare knowledge are highly preferred.
