The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inc. seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to provide frontline support for ITS services at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. You will assist faculty, staff and students, document solutions, and maintain online help resources.
Strong customer service, Windows and macOS expertise, and a track record in fast-paced support centers are preferred. This on-campus role requires a 40-hour workweek and a commitment to excellent service.
