Strong expertise with Aruba WLAN solutions (Controllers, Mobility Conductors, Air Wave/Central). Advanced knowledge of 802.11 standards and RF fundamentals. Experience with wireless security, including 802.1X and RADIUS-based authentication. Familiarity with Agile tools and workflows (e.g., JIRA, SAFe).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Aruba Clear Pass Policy Manager in enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale government networks.
  • Experience with wireless site surveys (e.g., Ekahau, Air Magnet) and high-density wireless deployments.
