Field Support Representative – Intelligence Operations
We're hiring a Field Support Representative to work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users in mission-critical environments. This is a hands-on role supporting users of advanced analytic platforms while helping shape how those tools are used in real operations. Provide desk-side and classroom training. Troubleshoot user issues and support help desk operations. Work closely with analysts to improve workflows and tool adoption.
Relay user feedback to technical and product teams. 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience. Experience in fusion or operational environments. Familiarity with platforms like Gotham or Foundry. Strong communication and technical aptitude. Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required. Military/Special Operations experience is a plus. Direct mission impact.
