TQI Solutions, Inc. seeks an IT Technical Support Specialist to join the MARMC Team in Norfolk, VA. This fully onsite, full-time role requires an active Secret clearance and pays an hourly rate of $28.83.
Expect to support government and contractor staff, perform basic IT troubleshooting, and escalate as needed to resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. Minimum three years in IT support, CompTIA Security+, and a government clearance are required.
