Raven Tek in Norfolk, VA seeks a Helpdesk Support Specialist II to provide frontline IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues, and to serve as the first point of contact for end users.
This full-time role requires up to 3 years of technical support experience, CompTIA Security+ CE, strong customer service, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Shift work and travel up to 10% may be required.
