Role Overview We are seeking an Electromagnetic Operations & Warfare Analyst to provide expert support for the development of Electromagnetic Operations and Electromagnetic Warfare (EMO/EW) capability products. This role involves supporting program management, requirement analysis, and doctrinal development within a dynamic, multinational environment. The position is based in Norfolk, VA.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of EMO/EW capability products in accordance with established governance models.
* Assist in program management efforts, including stakeholder interaction from strategic to tactical levels.
* Support the elicitation, capture, development, and analysis of capability requirements across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Interoperability (DOTMLPFI).
* Contribute to the development, analysis, and review of EMO/EW related doctrinal materials.
* Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and implementation synchronization.
* Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and meetings.
* Collaborate with national and international military and civilian organizations.
* Administer programme status information in the electronic support environment.
* Support interaction with agencies in the context of EMO/EW capabilities development and validation.
* Identify and share lessons learned and best practices.
* Travel to meetings and conferences for up to 40 days per year.

Required Qualifications
*
* Education:

** A Master’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, project management, business administration, or a related discipline is required. A Bachelor’s degree combined with an additional 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted.
*
* Experience:

*** A minimum of 5 years of operational knowledge of EMO/EW at the Tactical or Joint level within the last 12 years. This includes experience with Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) duties, multi-interface tactical data links, Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR), Precision Navigation and Timing (PNT), and Battlespace Spectrum Management (BSM).
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in the last 10 years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
* A minimum of 2 years of Program/Project Management experience within the last 10 years in a complex environment, with a focus on military capability development.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in the last 10 years working within a multinational organization or military command structure.
