Perform exploratory, descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive data analysis to support Navy Reserve readiness assessments, mission assurance initiatives, and data-driven decision making. Develop, test, and maintain data models, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical products leveraging enterprise data sources and modern analytics platforms. Support the design and implementation of AI/ML models that improve forecasting, risk analysis, readiness optimization, and operational decision support capabilities. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business analysts, and government stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Analyze data quality issues, identify anomalies and inconsistencies, and support development of automated monitoring and reporting processes to improve data integrity and governance.

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. ONE (1) o more years of experience performing data analysis, statistical modeling, business intelligence, data visualization, or related analytics work. Experience using data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Jupiter Notebook, Databricks, Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies.

Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive analytics, data modeling techniques, and data management best practices.

Experience supporting Department of War, U.S. Navy, federal government, or large enterprise analytics programs. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and techniques, including predictive modeling, classification, clustering, natural language processing, or optimization methods. Experience working with cloud-based analytics environments such as Advana, Databricks, Azure, or similar enterprise data platforms. Knowledge of Power Platform, Databricks, business intelligence architecture, data governance principles, and data quality management practices.

Experience communicating analytical findings through executive briefings, dashboards, technical reports, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
