Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in managing complex litigation cases from inception through trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and E-discovery documents.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely documentation of case developments.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trial preparations.
- Utilize Tabs and Practice Master for case management and timekeeping.
- Prepare and file legal documents with state and federal courts.
- Handle billing and timekeeping in adherence to firm policies.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and presentations.
