Litigation Paralegal

Coastal Management Solutions is partnering with a well-established personal injury law firm in Norfolk, VA to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy plaintiff litigation team. • Manage personal injury litigation files from pre-suit through trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine motions
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Organize medical records, exhibits, and case documentation
• Maintain case calendars and ensure compliance with court deadlines
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and strategy support

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Virginia court procedures and filing requirements
• Experience drafting discovery and litigation documents
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office

• A proactive, self-starter who can take ownership of their caseload
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment
