This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in Norfolk, VA. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for providing vital legal support in personal injury cases. Daily tasks will include preparing legal documents, reviewing case materials, conducting legal research, and drafting and filing pleadings and motions. The role will involve ensuring all case files are accurate and up-to-date while supporting attorneys during the litigation process.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong skills in Legal Research and familiarity with legal databases
- Experience with drafting and filing Pleadings, Motions, and other court documents
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent paralegal certification)
- Previous litigation experience preferred; personal injury law background is an asset
