Supervisor, Supply Chain
Full-Time, Rotating
The Supervisor for Supply Chain reports to the Supply Chain Manager of the applicable hospital and oversees daily operational activities of supply chain associates in areas of inventory management and receiving. The TC will represent Supply Chain with the respective hospital leadership in conjunction and in the absence of the Supply Chain Manager. Trains, coaches, mentors and supervises all Supply Chain Associate I & II.
Creates and maintains a work schedule for Supply Chain Associates that ensures hospital needs are met as it relates to the distribution of products managed under Supply Chain. Responsible for the delivery of high-quality services that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Assist in the training and development of a highly motivated team that works efficiently and effectively in providing services to hospital departments and operating centers.
Act as department lead when necessary. Achieve system, hospital and departmental goals and objectives. Supports and communicates Sentara mission, values, and goals.
