Cargomatic is seeking a hands-on Transportation Operator to source carriers, negotiate rates, and price FTL/LTL opportunities across lanes. You will cover freight before it becomes a fire drill, turning quotes around fast for sales and ensuring capacity and margins stay intact.
This role reports to the Director of LTL (Marketplace) & Truckload. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in freight brokerage or carrier sales, with experience using load boards and a TMS, plus strong Excel and data fluency
