We are currently seeking a groundskeeper to supplement the contracted grounds‑keeping by maintaining the property in a clean, safe, and attractive condition at all times. Duties/Responsibilities- Maintain facility repairs for common areas
- Maintain property safety and inspections
- Maintain exterior property appeal
- Assist with resident communication for customer experience
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds and lifting over sixty (60) pounds occasionally.
