Rainbow International of Norfolk is a leading mitigation and restoration company in the area. We are seeking an organized and motivated warehouse assistant to join our team.

Work Schedule

35-40 hours a week

Warehouse Assistant Duties And Responsibilities

Move equipment, tools, and materials throughout the warehouse

Handle delicate and sensitive products with care

Sort, organize, and store items properly

Report damaged or missing equipment/tools

Stack and organize bulk items

Operate necessary tools and accessories

Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Ensure cleanliness of warehouse, office, bathrooms, and storage areas

Keep exterior premises neat

Work as part of a team to achieve goals

Update logs and manage inventory records

Implement best practices in handling warehouse equipment and materials

Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass drug test and background check; good driving record

Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during shifts

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds or more

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Independent work skills

High attention to detail and quality monitoring

Highly organized and efficient in storing and cleaning items and areas

Compensation

$15.00 per hour
