Schedule:

2nd Shift, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Friday through Tuesday, (Wednesday & Thursday off). Full-time, 40-hour work week with two permanent days off, overtime as required. (One Month Training will begin on the projected start date, Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM before transitioning into shift hours)

Salary Range: $24.4660 - $33.8185 PER HOUR / $50,889.3679 - $70,342.5815 ANNUAL

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of all airport buildings focusing on HVAC, electrical and plumbing.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The following duties are typical for this position. Incumbents may not perform all the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.

Assist other departmental personnel in the maintenance of building equipment whenever necessary.

Replacing HVAC filters.

Replacement of light bulbs.

Perform daily equipment checks.

Clean and restore airport facilities, and equipment rooms as required or specified.

Snow removal operations.

Performs all other duties as assigned and directed.

Administer and adhere to all Authority policies and guidelines.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of practices and materials used in building maintenance.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

High school graduate or equivalent

Trade school or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years' experience general building maintenance.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a valid driver's license and must meet NAA driving record requirements.

Ability to obtain and maintain eligibility to hold a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge as may be required by assigned job duties and responsibilities.

Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and other pre-employment requirements.
